Nice parking lot, but the security guard acts like he owns the place. Friday I come to spend $100 in the security guys I pull your card out I'm standing in line and you let a woman just come walk right past me then turns to me and tells me I think she's a hundred. As in the hundredth person getting the last goodie bag for Black Friday at what point is a security guard authorized to talk to medical patients and upset them?

This was the first place I came to when I finally got my card . I also live next door , not only are you guys conveniently mr next door neighbor but I always pick you guys before I do plan to head anywhere else . With this whole pandemic going on I know the online orders are going insane . Just wanna say you guys are doing fine & trust me you guys are getting us in and out in great time . I love the way curaleaf pavilions budtenders are very well educated on the product they sell I did have an issue with one particular person Ricardo for his place in position as a manager he was very rude didnt answer any of my questions the way he carrys himself around customers and talks to the other budtenders with a very disrespectful attitude I feel he needs to be more professional about his job and surroundings especially towards people he works around or even costumers the environment is always good besides ricardo I have had the best experience and recommended this place for u to shop thanks to all the budtenders for being at there best to know about the product that helps alot.

I understand that times are hard, and I appreciate that you guys are open late, but it’s a little disheartening to put in an order early and then have to wait 30 minutes after checking in for my order after waiting an hour after placing the order. Why isn’t someone building the orders and running it out to the cars like the other dispensaries I’ve been to?

Unfortunate, how incompetent these “managers” at this location. Today when I went to order online, I put the only prerolls that we’re on special today in my cart the total came out to under 20$ when going in they had proceeded to say it was 30$ Just getting off work trying to get home I noticed the receipt so I called the store to speak with a manger. He couldn’t even look at my history of the order on leafly because the workers probably filled more order incorrectly and I had to pay for it. The fact they couldn’t even help me or even understand that their online ordering and workers need to be more updated on the process of filling orders correctly. This place needs help. I hope corporate is listening…
