Hotel is in a great locations. Came here for work. The hotel is a little dated but the bed was very comfortable. Long lines at the front desk need more people working. Being gold status didn’t seem to have any perks at this locations. Late check out was quickly denied and ask to leave promptly at check out time.

Great location, however when we went to drop off our bags, we were told that the room was ready so we ask of we can check in early.They said it would be an extra charge.Why bother telling us that our room is ready if you gonna charge extra for early check in? You're not doing anything extra for the room...Hotel is a bit dated, but well maintained.No room for anything in the fridge.

Abraham the bartender, at 630 pm on 6/7/24 his service was very poor and rude he disrespected me all over a miscommunication. I was on the phone with earbuds in my ear talking to my fiancé, i said a joke about I’ll meet you at the bar if my drink is nasty to the individual i was on the phone with and he says I’ll spit in your drink and get you escorted out. I said I’m on the phone why would you say that or do that. He didn’t even apologize, he stated I’m not a pu***. Im in total disbelief, i always stay at this hotel. I will never be back and i will share this with my 3.5 million followers on tik tok. No one will be at this hotel because of him mark my words.

The Fairmont hosted a large group of us (over 40 people) over Memorial Day weekend, and ensured our every need was met. This is a regular event every year, and we will continue to stay here in the future!
