Does Word or Excel have a calendar template? ›

Many calendar templates are available for use in Excel. A template provides a basic calendar layout that you can easily adapt for your needs. You can download calendar templates with useful and creative themes when you click File > New in Excel. Click on a template that you are interested in and then click Create.

On the File menu, click New. In the Publication Types list, click Calendars. Under Calendars, click the type of calendar that you want to create (for example, Full Page or Wallet Size), and then click the design that you want. In the Customize task pane, click the options that you want, such as color or font scheme.

Tip: If you're already in Word for the web, see all the calendar templates by going to File > New, and then below the template images click More on Office.com. You'll be on the Templates for Word page. In the list of categories, click Calendars.
